1. Payment
Payment must be received in full to guarantee your RV site.2. Check in
All guests must check in with management upon arrival.5. Speed Limit
Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit at all times.4. Parking
No parking is allowed in the street. Please do not park in any empty site or common areas.6. Quiet Hours
Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please remember that your neighbor may be trying to sleep. Rowdiness loud music, abusive language, drunkenness, and possession or use of drugs is strictly prohibited.7. Pets
All pets must be contained or restrained on a leash of no more than 6 feet at all times. Droppings and anywaste material from pets must be picked up immediately and removed to trash containers.9. Fires
NO ground fires are allowed. Grills cannot be used for open fires. Fires must be contained in an above ground outdoor enclosed fire pit.8. Keep Area Clean
Please keep the area around your unit neat and clean. Please keep outside storage of items to a minimum.10. Waste
Waste/sewage, water or effluent from sinks or other plumbing fixtures must be deposited in the holding tank located on your RV site. Nothing can be deposited directly on any pavement, dirt or vegetation.12. Children
Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety and conduct of their children at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.11. No Tent Camping
Sites are designed for approved recreational vehicles only. No tent camping on the grounds will be allowed.3. RV Site
Your RV site will be assigned upon your reservation request and payment (subject to change if deemed necessary). If you would like to be next to someone, please designate it on your reservation form.13. Follow Notices and Directions of the Management
All signs, posted notices and directions of the RV Resort Management must be obeyed. Non compliance may result in immediate loss of parking privileges.15. Obey the Laws
All federal, state and local laws must be obeyed at all times.16. Violation of RV Resort Policies
Shell Harbour RV Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict anyone in violation of these RV Resort Policies of good camping, for destroying, or defacing property and/or creating a disturbance.14. Respect
Respect the property of all neighbors of the Resort property. Do not trespass on their land.17. Responsabilities
