Very disappointed in the hotel. No lobby to speak of, the front desk was never staffed, I had to wait a few minutes each time. The pool was closed. The ice machine not working. The hall carpet was dirty. When we turned on the sink faucets - stained water ran for at least 30 seconds before clearing. I requested housekeeping at check-in and did not receive it. Then I requested again in the afternoon and they only came and changed the towels. The only bright spot was a refrigerator was included in the room and the bed was decently comfortable. Breakfast was bare essentials only. Cereal, toast, eggs, yogurt and apples with juice or coffee.
