Very convenient off the highway as we drove halfway from Boston to Annapolis lobby clean, front desk staff not the friendliest but we did arrive very late in the night. Easy check in. The 3 rd floor smelled musty and heavily of vanilla air freshener to cover it up. Our room had used soap in the shower, a leaky faucet, a huge crack in the wall portion of the tub. The ceiling above the bed had a ton peeling paint , there were crumb on the floor near my side of the bed, the pillows are the size of throw pillows not bed pillows. The beds were comfortable. The fan on the heater was super loud. I am surprised AAA recommended this place as a 3 diamond location. The continental breakfast was a waffle maker or hostess cupcakes so we opted out.

The Comfort Inn Westampton, NJ was in a very good, quiet, location (at Tpke exit #5 and only about 2 miles from parallel exit on RT I-295). Cracker Barrel Restaurant was right next door and Applebees was a two-minute walk. Hotel staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was pretty standard (except no HB eggs). Booked through AAA and no problem at check-in or-out. Room was fine but like older hotels, the bathroom had a tub without grab bars for safety. AAA should note those hotels that do not have grab bars in tub/shower. Avoiding a fall in an unfamiliar and possibly slippery tub/shower is a real concern for all guests, not just older guests or those with physical limitations.

Horrible bathroom nasty and dirty the room was not clean. Smells bad there was no room number at the door . There was hair all over the bathroom outside the hotel was broken glass all over the entrance until the next day the coffee machine was broken the hot water was cold the entire hotel is horrible
