Front desk staff was not trained well. Would not accept a different credit card then room was booked under. Was not able to provide an iron, ironing board. Would not provide an extra blanket. No drain plug in bath. Very little insulation in bulilding. Sounded like everyone in the .ilding was in the motel room. Very noisy. Not what one expects from a AAA rated motel.
