Sign said elevator out of order. CSR said pool out of order. Room disheveled. Did not smell fresh. Curtains falling down. Requested room cleanup at desk as sign said. Returned that evening to beds unmade. Towels still in a pile. Double toilet paper holder hanging by a thread with one roll of half used paper. Left 2 pair of shoes. Called hotel that night 6 hours later. CSR went into room and found both pair on side of bed. Said the mgr would call me. A week later, shoes still at desk. CSR said just buy/mail a box thru UPS to hotel. Sad customer service.
