The room was clean, but dated in comparison to other similar hotels we have stayed at. There were no tissues, nor was there a complete set of soap and shampoo products. The people working there were polite and helpful. The location was very tricky to get to at night!
Rooms could have been cleaner. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a slip & fall in the bathroom due to the floor in front of the sink covered with water; not sure why it was there. I slammed multiple body parts and was hurting. I requested they fill out an incident report. I don't think the receptionist knew what that was. She said she wrote down details, but not a proper report. I asked to speak to manager before check-out regarding it. After a half hour waiting, I had to leave without a response and told the staff I would take it up with the corporate office. The corporate number listed on line was invalid. There was no response at the listed customer service number. Stay here at your own risk.
