This was one of the worst stay's in a hotel that I have ever had. It was so run down & disgusting I wouldn’t give it 1 star if that was an option.

Don't care to share more
I booked this stay and realized it was the wrong location. I tried to cancel the reservation and was on the phone for hrs with different people and could t get it taking care of. I was told to call the hotel directly and of course you couldn’t get through to anyone even the customer service team couldn’t get an answer and on top of it all I was still charged for a room I didn’t stay at!!!!
