The main issue was a toilet not working in my room upon check in. The front desk worker was by himself and was trying to help me, but the Inn was solidly booked, so him eventually telling me there was nothing he could do for me was unacceptable. Fortunately, a Maintenace Man stopped in and happened to be there when I had to go down to the desk and ask to use employee bathroom since mine wasn't working. The Maintenace Man was the one that went to my room and got the toilet working.
