This hotel is located in a great area. There's a lot to do. Varies restaurants and sightseeing. The staff were great, the bar is excellent, the restaurant food was delicious. Great customer service had a great experience.
I would give this a 3.5 if I could, but couldn't honestly give it a 4 star rating. The room and hotel were clean, but apparently they don't clean occupied rooms every day, as my trash was not emptied and my bed not made when I returned to my room on Saturday evening. They have both a breakfast buffet and Continental breakfast available until 11:00 am, but at cost. They serve no lunch, with the coffee shop only open until 1:00 pm with some pre-made sandwiches. The bar opens from 4:00 pm thru 11:00 pm with a limited menu of typical bar food. There are other restaurants and bars nearby, although most of them seem to close at 11:00 pm as well. They do have a shuttle to Disneyland, and I saw a number of families taking advantage of that. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and polite.
