Hotel staff is very helpful and common areas are good. The rooms could use updating, though - bathroom fixtures were dated and paint was chipped on doors and trim; towels were really thin and rough; bed pillows were small and thin. Also, we had a suite and there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room for the sleeper sofa.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The complementary hot breakfast had many choices and was delicious. But the carpets in our room and the hallways were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Having very little counter space in the bathroom and dresser/storage space for clothes was inconvenient.

The staff was incredibly friendly and skilled. I had a situation where they went above and beyond their job descriptions to help me. A car key fell off my chain and I was stranded. Valencia helped me search for it and then recommended a locksmith. Due to her kindness I was able to get home on schedule.
