The staff members were all very nice, including housekeeping. However, there were things in need of improvement. The first set of sheets we had were so thin that when getting out of bed, lifting up the sheet, I could see two large areas where they were nearly transparent. There was no magnifying mirror nor towel bars in the bathroom. The bed was comfy though. Re. breakfast, with about 60% of the world's population being lactose intolerant and a smaller percentage truly allergic to all dairy (including me), it boggles the mind that there were ZERO alternative milks for coffee, cereal, or in the waffles. Finally, SO many people are trying to avoid gluten either due to intolerance, Celiac disease or personal choice. Yet, liquid oatmeal (FAR too thin) was the only option there - well, it wasn't labeled as gluten-free, so could have had gluten. Gluten-free waffles are actually pretty good. There was no gluten-free bread either.
