Suites are roomy. Staff was courteous. We were booked in a suite for someone with a disability. We did not request it but were booked in the suite. Not everyone would like that. Breakfast was included in the room charge - very good. However, the first day the items were soggy. The next day the food did improve.
We were given a handicapped room which isn't bad, but the following morning getting ready for our daughter's wedding, the shower caused the floor drain to back up...with sewage no less and flooded the floor! They switched us to another handicapped room...shower didn't work!!!
