Hotel is under construction, which I didn't know when I booked the room. We got in after 11pm so there was no shuttle available, which I also didn't know. However, the location was great and the staff was helpful. They didn't have a valet available to shuttle us to the airport but the valet staff on duty called us a cab (and the hotel paid for it!). Two thumbs up for that.
