It was horrible. I hit tge wrong button cuz i was upset. My mom was in the hospital and i needed a room. I booked the room in the wrong city. There was no confirmation and they charged me $230 and i called 2 minutes after accidentally booking it. I called again the next day but i guess thats the price of a slip on the internet and poor customer service. I want my money back. They didnt deliver and service to me but heart ache. I barely had money for a room as it was. I wonder how much is made by a mistroke of a key that the hotel managers make $230 a pop when people hit it. Worst service ever. I will never book through the AAA site again.
