Holiday Inn Express & Suites Camarillo

We prepaid this reservation with AAA for four nights, but had to check out early due to illness. Hotel says final bill would be emailed to us, unsure whether we would get credited for nights we didn't use. Weeks later, no email or any documentation we could use to get credited back on our travel insurance. AAA said to call hotel directly, but hotel says any receipts would come from Expedia. Another hotel was also cancelled, and still waiting for credit card credit. So don't think I'll be using AAA to book this hotel in the future. The hotel service was great, but the coordination between agencies is very disappointing. Just don't expect a receipt from the hotel unless you book with them directly.

Must mention that the breakfast every morning was great.

The guests staying next door were extremely loud called the front desk (the room phone rang busy) had to call from my cell phone twice. Front desk made a phone call to them, they were quiet 30 seconds, the second call to the front desk someone walked up and knocked on the door to quiet them down at 3:45am. AND there were baby roaches, not good.
