Everything was great! Free breakfast a plus! Staff very professional and friendly. Room nice and clean. Only problem which was not specifically the hotel’s fault is the timing of our trip was when a lot of construction was being done at the hotel so the pool and way to the beach was closed.
Ran out of hot water for morning shower. One of two elevators not working. Under repair, no direct access to beach. TV did not provide access to streaming service. Positive staff. Clean room. Great location.
The whole point of a visit to the ocean front is to be able to get onto the beach. There was barely any info about part of it being closed. Their pool and deck were missing and under re-construction. The room's little patio had no table nor chairs! Low on Staff! We didn't even take our luggage off the cart.; went back downstairs and told them we were canceling and going elsewhere., and left.
The hotel was very nice, but they laughed and sharing on their website that the pool was no longer there because of the hurricane. And I truly believe they should’ve gave us money off, because not having all that was on the website. When you wanted to purchase something at Starbucks they only had one person taking care of the people checking in and checking out and that same person made the copy that was kind of a long process waiting to get taken care of. they locked in giving towels to two parties and no soap in the dispenser. Thank goodness I brought my own soap. Hopefully you will re-ladies to them and maybe they can clean up their messes. Thank you.
