they were renovating. The restaurant on the roof was wide open ti the wind, no heaters, no set hours. no breakfast, desk said room service called no one answered the phone. Dinner room in lobby was to serve a Valentine dinner serving until 8 PM went down at 6:30 closed. Thermostat wasn't working called to repair, got it working sort of came on couldn't turn it off keep door open. No one on staff seemed to know what going on, they were very nice but didn't have a clue
