Upon arrival we were told there were only 2nd floor rooms available and there is no elevator. One member of our party just had knee surgery, so it took more time to get up the stairs. They didn't seem to wish to change this situation for us. Then we were told the room had a very nice big cushioned bench by the window, which people sleep on. I said ok but can we get a cot for our third person and was told no, it wouldn't fit in the room but the bench was comfortable. We said ok and went up to the room, and the bench was not comfortable..nor big enough for any adult or bigger child. Ridiculous. Breakfast was also quite sparse. Hotel was clean, and beds were comfortable.
