The hotel was built on under construction and dust and the place was filthy!!! We refused to stay under such conditions, and left!
Our stay wasn't unpleasant but this hotel wasn't up to snuff. It felt neglected. e.g. loose plumbing fixtures, and door knobs, empty pool. We stayed at this hotel because it was supposed to have free parking and airport shuttle. We had to pay for the ride to the airport because the driver was unavailable and we had to pay for parking when we were on our trip which was a reasonable price but felt misleading by the website description.. The staff was very nice and did help us get a morning taxi and the shuttle did pick us up on our return.
The clerk at the desk was nice, but the first room they put me in, had already been used. They moved me to another room, which had broken parts, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, dirty towels, a broken microwave, and who knows what else. It was dirty, and scary. If it weren’t 1130 at night, I would have left, but I had a restless night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
