Key cards routinely didn't work, bath/shower was missing handle, and many many cockroaches infested room 218 Staff was courteous and possessions weren't stolen or excessively disturbed

This hotel is outdated. We did not stay at this hotel as we got a refund. The rooms smells like mold, bedding had cigarette burn holes and the bed had roaches underneath the cover. The pillow case looked dirty. In a couple of rooms we we're offered the AC unit did not work. The nonsmoking room smelled like a smoking room. The clerk was very nice and tried her best to accommodate us. We ending up staying at the Greek Tree Hotel which right around the corner and was very nice. This hotel should be removed from the list.
