Would have given a 5 Star rating except for the issue that the Hotel forgot to return my credit card back to me after charging the security deposit when checking in. I didn't realize that my card was missing until I've already left and returned back home out of State.

Room was comfy - could've done without the motion activated light in bathroom. Eat ANYWHERE else! Food was awful. They do paid breakfast but don't bother to use heat sources to keep food hot. Lukewarm mozzarella sticks and their version of mixed veg with **** is a couple sticks of carrots and celery.

Staff did not make me feel welcome; more on the unfriendly side; storage for luggage was not secure - people allowed to come and go to drop off and pick up luggage

The family room was a bargain for NYC. Plenary of space for a family of 4. Location was 1/2 block from Penn station so it was super easy to get anywhere in the city.
