In the downtown area, this brewpub occupies a converted warehouse with exposed brick walls and slate floors. The restaurant specializes in wood-fired cuisine and hand-crafted beverages. My favorites are the BBQ chicken pizza, four cheese brick oven bread and the fried cheesecake. The bison burger and filet mignon are also very tasty.
