It's one thing to be a James Beard award winner but to be named best chef in the Southeast is quite a feat, especially when your expertise is barbecue pork. Now that I've tried the fare, it's clear the awards are well deserved. The whole hog pulled pork and Scott's own sauce recipe are awesome.
