The approach is focused and deliberate: very thin, saucy pies with a crisp, charred coal-fired crust, served hot from the oven in a busy, no-frills environment that remains largely unchanged over the years. The menu highlights New Haven staples, including the Tomato Pie, Mozzarella Pie, the popular potato and rosemary white pizza, and the renowned Fresh Clam Pie with garlic, olive oil, and pecorino.
