- Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
- Travel tips 1. If you hold a U.S. or Canadian passport: You must bring a valid U.S. or Canadian passport. 2. If you hold a U.S. permanent resident ID or Canadian permanent resident ID: You must bring a valid passport and a U.S. or Canadian permanent resident ID. Make sure your U.S. or Canadian permanent resident ID is valid and carry it with you. 3. If you do not hold the above documents: Please prepare the corresponding travel visa in advance according to the instructions of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
- Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
- Luggage and Border Crossing Guidelines: Luggage is inspected at borders and must be claimed before crossing. Unclaimed luggage cannot cross. Passengers must declare dutiable items. Tour operators are not responsible for luggage at borders. Those denied entry must arrange their own transportation.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided.
- Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
