Conveniently located near public transit stops, the tour is easily reachable. However, it is not wheelchair accessible—guests with mobility concerns should contact us in advance for possible accommodations. Most travelers can comfortably participate in this experience.
- Age & Safety Requirements: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant travelers can participate if under 24 weeks by the tour’s end.
- Tickets, Pricing & Refund Policies: City passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Attraction ticket prices are subject to change and are non-refundable. All prices listed are in USD and include tax; if paying in CAD, a 5% GST will be added.
- Booster Seat Policy for Children: Children under 6 years old must have a booster seat to participate. Guests are responsible for providing the booster seat and any fines for violations. Bus Travel Exception: Booster seats are not required when traveling by bus on the tour day.
- Leaving the Group Early: If you plan to leave the group before the tour ends, please inform the guide and sign a departure form. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour.
- Gifts & Tour Adjustments: Complimentary gifts may be offered during the tour, but availability depends on external factors such as weather. No refunds will be provided for changes or unavailability of gifts or experiences.
- Closed Attractions & Alternative Plans: If a scenic spot is closed, a suitable alternative will be arranged.
- Booking Details & Errors: Ensure all personal details (name, contact info, flight information) are correct at the time of booking. Mistakes in booking details will result in additional personal costs.
- Itinerary Adjustments & Tour Operator Rights: The tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations based on weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Health & Accessibility Considerations: Guests with disabilities or special needs should notify us in advance. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed—prior approval is required for accessibility requests.
