Cruise ships arrive at and depart from the B-Street Pier and Cruise Ship Terminal downtown, in the lively Embarcadero waterfront district. It’s a short walk to Seaport Village, home to attractions like the Maritime Museum and colonial Spanish-style storefronts and restaurants. Catch a taxi, rideshare, or the Old Town Trolley for a short trip to the Gaslamp Quarter and other historic downtown districts. The San Diego International Airport is a 10-minute drive from the port.

Nearly all major cruise lines service the Port of San Diego, including Carnival, Norwegian, Princess, Celebrity, and Holland America. English is the primary language, though Spanish is also common. The currency in San Diego is the US dollar, and credit cards are widely accepted.
