From Denver, the Garden of the Gods is roughly 90 minutes away via Interstate 25. There are various small parking lots spread throughout the park, but they fill up early and often.

Public transportation

Shuttle buses run during the summer months between Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site, the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center, the Overflow Parking Lot, and the intersection of Gateway Road and Juniper Way Loop. Otherwise, your best bet is a guided tour—there are tons of options out of Colorado Springs.
