The café is in the heart of Hollywood on the famed Hollywood Boulevard. While Los Angeles is known (rightly so) as a car town, the café is steps from the Hollywood/Highland Subway Station serving the Metro-B Line. To avoid driving and parking, take the metro, the No. 217 bus, or book a Hollywood tour with transportation.

The cafe is open from late morning to late evening Sunday through Thursday and from morning to even later evening on Friday and Saturday. The stores are open from morning to late evening, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday.
