House of Blues Orlando
1490 East Buena Vista Drive, Orlando, Orlando, FL, 32830
House of Blues is a live entertainment venue and restaurant with 10 locations, including one in the Disney Springs shopping, dining, and entertainment complex. The restaurant’s indoor and outdoor dining area have a seat for all ages and appetites, while the adjacent venue rocks the stage by hosting local acts and global sensations.
The basics
House of Blues Orlando combines hearty, Southern-style grub such as barbecued meat, and shrimp and grits with live music performances to create an immersive experience night and day. Navigating your way to House of Blues from any part of Disney Springs is easy thanks to signage throughout. You can buy performance tickets online or at the box office, but the venue’s restaurant and bar stay open even when the stage is silent.
Things to know before you go
Parking is free and admission to the Disney Springs complex is free.
Even for all-ages performances at House of Blues, children 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
HOB and surrounding eateries usually have a long wait time, especially at sit-down restaurants, so prepare for a slight delay in dining if you don’t have reservations.
HOB and the Disney Springs complex are fully stroller- and wheelchair-accessible.
How to get there
Most visitors use private car transportation, hail a taxi, or schedule a rideshare to visit House of Blues. The only public transportation is via Orlando’s city bus line, Lynx. The lines serving Disney Springs include 300-304, 306, 312, and 350. If you’re staying at a Disney hotel, they provide a free shuttle to Disney Springs for overnight guests.
When to get there
Depending on if you’re visiting House of Blues for a meal, a drink, or a show, you’ll want to arrive with plenty of time to spare. Parking is restricted to a shared lot for the entire Disney Springs property, so you’ll need at least a few minutes to walk to HOB. Arrive 30 minutes before to doors opening when attending a show; 10 minutes early if arriving for a restaurant reservation.
