LAMOTH is situated in Los Angeles' Pan Pacific Park, in Mid-City West. The most convenient way to reach the museum is to drive. From the Santa Monica Freeway (I-10), take the exit for Fairfax Avenue North. From the 101 Freeway, take exit 9C. The museum is located off of The Grove Drive. Paid parking lots and metered parking are available. Public transit is also an option; check the LA Metro website for details.
When to Get There
The Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust is open seven days a week, but closes early on Fridays. The museum is also closed on major Jewish holidays, and select national holidays. Plan your visit around one of the museum's frequent special events, like a Holocaust survivor talk or film screening.
