It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before curtain in order to find your seats and get settled. Latecomers are seated during suitable breaks.
History
The Marquis Theatre is highly unusual in that it is located within a hotel. The reason behind its location is that the construction of the hotel involved the demolition of five theaters, and the city only permitted the developer to construct the new property if there was a theater within it.
