Learn all about the game of golf, its history, and its top players at the World Golf Hall of Fame. Located near historic St. Augustine at the World Golf Village resort, the museum celebrates the game and its greatest contributors through historical and interactive storytelling and exhibits that include memorabilia, artifacts, artwork, photos, audio, and videos.
The Basics
Visitors explore the 35,000-square-foot (3,252-square-meter) space, filled with exhibits and interactive experiences, on a self-guided tour. Hear personal stories and anecdotes from Hall of Fame members in an audio tour; walk through the Members’ Locker Room, filled with personal items, memorabilia, and video footage of each inductee; and learn about hundreds of years of history in The Royal and Ancient Game. Admission also includes one shot on the Challenge Hole and access to the golf simulator and an 18-hole natural-grass putting course outside.

A visit to the World Golf Hall of Fame is a must for golf fans.
Head up to the top of the Trophy Tower for panoramic views over World Golf Village.
Visitors can pay for additional tries at the Challenge Hole.

How to Get There
The World Golf Hall of Fame is located at World Golf Village, in northeast Florida, about 8 miles (13 kilometers) north of St. Augustine. Use exit 323 of Interstate 95, International Golf Parkway. Parking is located behind the PGA Tour stop. Shuttles to the museum depart from the resort’s Walk of Champions.
When to Get There
The World Golf Hall of Fame is open daily, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas, and admission is good on the day of purchase and the subsequent day. Allot several hours if you plan to use the golf simulator or the putting green.
World Golf Village Golf Courses
The 18-hole putting course included with museum admission was designed to USGA specifications. There are also two courses in World Golf Village: King & Bear, designed by Hall of Fame members Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus; and Slammer & Squire, on which Hall of Fame members Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen consulted.
