Guest Visitors behaviors & Issues:
You are welcome to have visitors while camping with us, but please remember that all guests are your responsibility and must comply with Amarillo Acres RV Park (AARP) Policies. Site Renters are responsible for their guests conduct, any conduct in violation of park policies may result in termination of rental agreement.General Rules
• Speed limit is 10 mph • Park vehicles in designated parking areas only no Parking on grass • All motorized vehicles must be operated by a licensed driver • Washing rigs on sites is strictly limited to windshields only • Mechanical work of any kind may not be performed without prior permission from management • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am • Clotheslines are strictly prohibited • An adult must accompany children 12years of age or younger in the bathroom/laundry facility • We strive to maintain a wholesome, family-oriented atmosphere. Please be considerate and keep music, television and conversations at reasonable volumes • Restroom/Laundry facility is intended for occupants of each service site only. Please help keep this facility neat and clean. • Your site must be kept free of litter, including cigarette butts • Make sure water hoses are secured to prevent leaks. Water is a precious resource here. • A sewer hose “donut” or sealed connector is required for sewer service • Water pressure regulators are strongly encouraged. Our water pressure may vary based on water demand or the RV park.RV Space Policy:
Must be 18 years of age to rent an RV Site. Our RV Sites are designated for one Recreational Vehicle (RV), camper trailer or Truck bed camper, immediate family (Parent/guardian, dependent children) only per site rental. The number of adults and children on your RV site must be reported at the time of reservation. Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children. Any changes to this number must be notified to management by phone call prior to arrival. Extra fees apply per extra persons on your site. Please respect other RV sites and do not cut through occupied site.Pet Policy:
Only dogs and cats are allowed, and a maximum two total pets are allowed per service site, pets must always be leashed and attended to. Please clean up pet waste in plastic bags and dispose of in dumpsters. Excessive barking and/or unruly behaviors will not be permitted. Pets are not permitted on the playgrounds or in the bathroom/laundry facility. All pet owners will be required to complete a pet addendum agreement.Drug & Alcohol Policy:
Please keep in mind that this is a family-oriented RV park. Alcohol is allowed for patrons and guest 21 years of age and older, any excessive or inappropriate noise (loud music/television or conversations, inappropriate vulgar language) that interferes with another reasonable patron’s overall experience will not be permitted. Illegal drug use is prohibited.Grill & Campfire Policy:
Grilling on gas grills or a gas fire pit within the premises of the service site is allowed. However, charcoal grills and campfires are strictly prohibited.Terms & Conditions:
Service sight occupant is required to sign (electronically or in person) a Terms & Conditions Wavier. This can be done through the reservation link that is emailed to you, or in person. One representative from each RV site assumes the conditions of the waiver for all the people on their site(s) and guests.Stay at Your Own Risk:
The service site occupant assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of RV living/Camping in a rustic, outdoors environment including specifically (but not exclusively ), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, or inclement weather conditions, and agrees that AARVP and its owners, agents and employees are not liable of injuries of property damages resulting from such causes.Smoking Policy:
Smoking is prohibited in the bathroom/laundry facility. Please note that smoking that interferes with another reasonable service site patrons overall experience will not be permitted.Other Fees:
Reservation Booking Fee = $5 Sited include 2 adults, 2 Children, Additional Occupant Charge per site is $5/day per person. Clean up fee of $25 for any debris/trash left on RV site area.No E-Bikes, Power Wheels, Side By Side, or Similar Devices:
For the safety of all guests, e-bikes, electric scooters, hover boards, Side By Sides, ATV’s, kids power wheels, and similar motorized devices are not permitted.Fireworks:
Fireworks or any kind including sparklers and flying or floating lanterns are strictly prohibited.Violation of Policies:
Any violation of the AARVP Policies stated in this document may result in the termination of the site service agreement. Termination of site service agreement by Owners, Mangers or agents of AARVP will be made without any refund of payments received and/or deposits.THE VALUE OF TRIP CANVAS
