Check In

Check In Time: 3PM | Guests can check in for Lodge, Cabins, Cottages, Buffy, The Bunkie, and Yurts from 3 pm or later— we offer self check-in only so you may go directly to your room upon arrival. There is no office nor anyone to check you in on the property. The door will be unlocked for your stay, and the key is generally on the wall hook behind the door. Please confirm your room on your reservation and proceed directly to it when you arrive. For RV Sites and Tent Sites, arrival time is from 12:30 pm or later. Our camp hosts in site 22 are usually on site, but only available until 8 pm May through September, and only until 7 pm until other months. IF YOU ARRIVE LATER please just go to your site on your receipt/invoice— we generally run self check in for tents and rv’s/campers. Guests staying at RV and Tent Campsites may check in with the camp hosts in site 22 upon arrival but not after hours— you can simply go to your site. There is no office on site. During non-summer months (October 15 to April 15) , please contact us 72 hours in advance if you would like your arrival time or departure time to be adjusted. As much as we would like to there is no possibility of early arrivals or late departures during summer months April 15 to October 15. Please note firewood is available for purchase in RV & Camp site 22, west of The Pond and The Borrow Barn. YOU SHOULD SCREENSHOT AND KEEP THE FOLLOWING HANDY: Navigation gets funky in the countryside, so text 208-523-6339 48 hours ahead of arrival if you'd like further navigation help. Just know that you should drive slowly on the property, our address for lodging/rooms is 105 N 5050 E, Rigby, Idaho, and if you're in an RV/Camper site, or an Orchard Tent Site or a Poplars Tent Site, you need to turn off of 100 North Road into the left entrance into our RV & Camp 1/4 mile BEFORE BEFORE the left bend in the road. May be helpful— the Rv/camper/tent entrance is 1/3 mile south of the Heise Bridge, and 1/8 mile west of Mountain River Ranch. Look for a jack fence on both sides of the wide entrance, and a sign on a landscaped island that says “Aspen Grove Inn RV & Camp," a blue private lane street sign "5015 E," and there is a big yellow left bend diamond-shaped street sign on the opposite side of the road from where you should turn in to the RV & Camp. To access all of our lodging rooms (Moonlight Cottages, Log Cabins, Lodge, Little Buffy, the two Yurts, and River Run), RV/Camper Sites 37, 38 and 39, and the Hillview Pavilion, please go to the main entrance of the property— 105 N 5050 E, Rigby, Idaho. This main entrance is across the asphalt road from Mountain River Ranch.
