Campground Overview

Check In

Check In Time: 3PM | Reservation Check In/Out Process: Upon arrival, please check in at the front office. The Park Manager will give you a welcome packet with a map showing you to your site. If the manager isn't present, please call (409) 255-0802 and someone will direct you over the phone to your site. When it's time to check out: Turn off all electric breakers on the pedestal. Replace the cleanout cover. If there are any problems with your site, be sure to report it to park staff by calling (409) 255-0802 Check-out time is 12 pm. If you decide to stay another night, be sure to get with us ASAP to make sure we have availability

Rules

Pets

Up to two (02) pets are welcome. ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES when outside, NO EXCEPTIONS regardless of how well trained your pet is or how friendly they are.· Always pick up after your pet immediately after they “do their business”.· Do not leave dogs unattended outside your RV, even while leashed or in portable pens.· Excessive barking by dogs is disruptive to your neighbors and will not be tolerated.

In case of immediate emergency, dial 911. · For other emergency responses, contact park staff at (409) 255-0802.

Facilities

Please help keep our facilities neat and clean. Report any problems immediately. · All common areas are to be kept free of personal items and trash. Dispose of your trash appropriately. No personal music is allowed in common areas. No profanity is allowed in common areas. Appropriate clothing is required in common areas. Dish washing is not allowed in any common areas including bathrooms and recreation areas. Pool (where applicable) NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, EVER. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MAY NOT SWIM WITHOUT AN ADULT IN ATTENDANCE. POOL IS SUBJECT TO CLOSURE WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE DUE TO WEATHER, SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE EVENTS ·

Fires

Open fires and fire pits are not permitted. BBQ grills are authorized, either charcoal or propane. · Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the park. ·

Damage

Damage to park property, theft or destruction will be assessed to the responsible party. · Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children, and will be held financially liable for any damages caused by their children. · Guests are responsible for their visitor’s behavior. · The park, its owners, managers, employees or agents are not responsible for loss or damage to a guest or visitor’s RV, vehicle, person or any other property for any reason.

Alcoholic Beverages/Public Intoxication/Illegal Drugs

Public intoxication will not be tolerated at any time. · Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in the park at all times. Law enforcement will be notified if use of illegal drugs is suspected. Offenders must leave the park immediately without refund. ·

Site Appearance

Your site must be kept clean and free of trash and debris. · Outside storage is limited to normal items such as a BBQ, table, chairs, bikes, etc. · Clotheslines are not permitted. · No large items can be stored underneath an RV. (Contact park staff for info)

Parking

Park within your registered site. Limit of two (02) vehicles, plus your RV. If extra trailers are brought for golf carts, boats, etc., a trailer parking fee will be incurred and must be paid at time of registration. Call the park for the parking fee price. Do not park in landscaped or common areas. Do not park in vacant sites, as you will be subject to charge for that site at the daily rate.

Trash

Please place all trash in plastic bags and deposit them in the dumpster promptly and properly. · Absolutely no fish, bait, shrimp or other seafood is to be disposed of in the dumpster. · Do not put hot charcoal ash in the dumpster or otherwise dispose of it on park grounds. DO NOT THROW TRASH ON TOP OF THE DUMPSTER LIDS. Do not leave trash out on your site or in common areas. ·

Speed Limit

A maximum speed limit of 5 MPH is strictly enforced. IF MANAGEMENT OBSERVES YOU VIOLATING THE SPEED LIMIT YOUR STAY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED AND NO REFUND GIVEN. Quiet Time · Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Be courteous to your neighbors.

Cancellations

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. Management reserves the right to reschedule any guest requesting a cancellation but is not obligated to do so. Rescheduling will be case-by-case and subject to availability.

RV & Vehicle Appearance

RV’s and any personal vehicles must display current valid state vehicle registration and be in good condition. The park reserves the right to refuse service of any RV/tent/pop up camper based upon its appearance and/or state of disrepair. RAZOR SIDE BY SIDES ARE NOT PERMITTED · Extensive mechanical maintenance to an RV and/or vehicle on site is not permitted.

Check in/out

Check-In · Check in time is 3:00 pm. · Standard rates are for Two people and up to 4 children. Additional guests are $5 per daily/weekly reservation and $15 for monthly reservations. Maximum number of guests is 6. · For our extended stay guests, site fees are due and payable on a monthly basis which would mean the same day of the month as original check in; extended stay does not constitute a landlord/tenant agreement, payment for sites is entirely for services rendered under a host/guest arrangement. · Monthly Customers will have a three day grace period before they are charged a late fee. The late fee is $15 plus $10 per day as an additional penalty for payment past the due date; if the total amount is not received by the due date. No partial payments accepted. Check-Out · Check out time is noon. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify park staff at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure to avoid any site conflict. We cannot guarantee the same site if you choose to extend, so please try to allow sufficient notice. · Guests checking out after noon, without notice, will be charged for an additional day, at the regular rate. · Extended stay guests should provide five (05) days written notice prior to checking out of the site.
