Campground Overview
The 199 visitors who can sleep in this Cabin Camp 4 can enjoy the new roofs and windows that help ensure that these historic structures last for future generations. Cabin Camp 4 has mostly 10-person sleeping cabins. While this camp is the only one in the park without a fireplace in its dining hall, the theater building/gymnasium is the only one in the park.
Reservation Info
Cabin Camp 4 must be reserved ahead of time, at least two weeks in advance. Reservations are accepted on a first come- first served basis. Submit the Cabin Camp Application, along with a $25 application fee, to the following address: Prince William Forest Park, ATTN: Cabin Camps, 18100 Park Headquarters Road, Triangle, VA 22172 or via email at ralph_marrantino@nps.gov. The application can be found on our website on the group cabin camping page. Contact the cabin camp division at 703-221-5843.
Rules
Fire/Stove Policy
Firewood purchased or brought from outside of the park must be USDA certified pest-free firewood. Campers may use downed and dead wood of less than 6 inches in diameter and no longer than the length and width of the provided camping grill. Electrical appliances (Stoves, AC Units, heaters, etc.) are prohibited.
Regulations Overview
Reminder that the check-in time is 1:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 12:00 p.m. The Permitee must be present for the check-in and check-out process. All pets are prohibited in the cabin camp area, cabins and camp buildings (except service animals). Smoking is not permitted in any of the cabins or buildings. Cabins should be swept and free of trash upon departure. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Please be considerate of fellow campers. Keep your cabin area and the comfort stations free of trash and personal belongings. Please recycle using the proper container located within the camp. To prevent animal and pest problems, please place trash in provided covered trash receptacles or carry it out with you. Fires are not permitted outside of the provided grills and fireplaces in the lodge building. Camping tents, screen tents or other structures are NOT permitted in the cabin camp
