Rules
Parking
Access road, Hartford Road, is gravel and steep in places. It is however, a U. You will need to pull up into Cedar Mere gravel driveway, drive up a relatively steep incline, then back into your space. Larger RVs, especially pull behinds, will need to be fairly experienced to navigate this location.
Please Understand
All outdoor and river activities involve some risk of inherent danger. Such risk cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities people appreciate about these activities. Cedar Mere Riverside will not assume responsibility for any injury to person, medical bills, damage to or loss of property for you or your invitees. I understand and agree to the above information and will inform my guests about taking all reasonable safety measures for their person and property at Cedar Mere Riverside. My reservation is my confirmation that I understand and agree to all of the above information.
Pet Protocol
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times during your stay. Pet poop must be picked up immediately to keep our grounds in sanitary condition. Keep barky or ferocious dogs in camper please. That is unless you rent both spots. Clean up after pets.
Dollars and Sense
Check in time 2 p.m. Check out time 10 a.m. Cancellations require a 14 day notice prior to your scheduled arrival date and submitted in writing in order to receive a refund. Any reservation which is cancelled after our respectful notice period is non refundable. This policy includes reservations made within the 14 day window as well. Reservations may be rescheduled if possible. Inclement weather refunds will be issued at the discretion of Cedar Mere Riverside.
The Must and Must Nots
Cedar Mere is a drug free establishment. No glass containers or styr0foam coolers on our grounds or the river area. Respect our neighbors. Parking in designated areas only. No foul language, fighting, firearms or fireworks. Quiet hours from 10 pm till 8 am.
Cleanup
Please leave our grounds as you found them upon your arrival. All trash and cigarette butts in the provided receptacles. Wipe down/hose off picnic tables and chairs that were there when you arrived.
Other Considerations
Rod, tackle, bait and license for fisherman. Floatables, including rafts, tubes, or beach balls. Don't forget the pump! We do have a few Walmart tubes around to borrow, just like the library. Party supplies including paper products. Purchase these fun supplies and more at Walmart... just 7 miles from us.
Be Safe; Bring
Life jackets Sunscreen, hats, and first aid kit. Water shoes are a must in the river for comfort and protection. Walmart in St. Robert offers a very reasonable selection of these items.
