Prohibited
• No fireworks, firearms, or illegal substances. • No vehicle repairs, oil changes, or washing RVs/cars on property. • No subletting spots without management approval. are prohibited. • Winter insulation may be used if it is neat in appearance, exterior rated, and does not create a fire hazard. Insulation board may be used provided it is covered with an exterior rated covering.General
• Management reserves the right to remove any guest who fails to follow rules. • Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. • All guests assume risk of use of facilities and utilities. (4) cubic feet of space.Liability
• The use of Park facilities is at the user's own risk. • Guests are responsible for their visitors. • Park owners and employees assume no responsibility or liability for the safety and security of guests or their visitors. • Park owners and employees are not responsible for loss or damage to guests' property due to theft, vandalism, fire, any casualty, or act of God. • Guests and all other users of this property expressly assume all risk of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance for their RVs, vehicles, and property. • The park owners and employees assume no liability for any damage to hoses, connections, plumbing, or the RV resulting from freezing.Guests & Conduct
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. • No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior. • Visitors must register at the office and follow park rules. • The guest is responsible for the conduct of their visitors and shall be personally liable for any injuries or property damage caused by or arising from the actions of said visitor to any sites, park common areas, or other guests and visitors, and their property. • Threats or threatening behavior toward other guests, visitors, or staff wil not be tolerated. Even habitual rudeness may eventually result in ejection from the park. • No pornographic, obscene, or offensive decorations are permitted. This includes decorations on RVs and vehicles such as stickers. • Any criminal activity is specifically prohibited anywhere in the park and may result in ejection from the park.Campfires & Fire Safety
• Fire pits are provided-fires are allowed only in designated fire rings. • Never leave a fire unattended. Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving or going to sleep. • Firewood only-no burning trash, plastics, or treated lumber. • Obey any posted burn bans.Rules
Site • Privacy fencing is installed—please respect neighbors' space. • Keep your site clean and free of clutter. • Outdoor rugs and mats should not damage grass. • No storage of appliances, excess furniture, or junk around RVs. Vehicles & Parking • 1 RV and 2 vehicle per site (unless approved by management). • Drive slowly and c a r e f u l l y - s p e e d limit is 5 mph. require staff approval and may incur a parking fee. • The RV and tow vehicle must be insured while at the park and proof provided • No parking on grass or blocking roadways. • Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not permitted on the park premises. Smoking & Alcohol • Smoking is not permitted in common areas or near hydrants/electrical equipment. • Alcohol permitted at your site—please drink responsibly.Pets
• Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times. • Owners must pick up after pets immediately. • Excessive barking or aggressive behavior is not allowed. • A pet owner shall pick up and properly dispose of their pet's waste. If staff observes a guest not cleaning up after their pet, they may be warned the first offence, and fined on the second offence for $50. • The following breeds are NOT permitted on the park premises: Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Pit Bull Mix, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Akita, and German Shepherd.20/30/50 amp hookups are provided at each site.
Please use proper surge protectors. • Water: New hydrants are available-please conserve water and do not leave hoses running unattended. • Sewer: Al sewer hoses must be secured and sealed at connections (use a donut or adapter). Sewer lines must be raised off the ground and properly sloped to allow flow into the riser. • Water is included in our pricing; however, excessive usage is not allowed. If excessive usage is determined to be caused by a specific guest, they may be asked to reduce their usage. Failure to comply may result in termination of the guest agreement. • Copelin Valley RV Park cannot be held responsible for power or water outages, or any damages caused by these. These are beyond the park's control. • Generators may be used in the event of a power outage provided the generator does not create any hazards, is not excessively noisy, and is at least five (5) feet away from any RV, vehicle, or object.Travel Like an Expert with AAA and Trip Canvas
