Enforcement
Violation of park rules may result in eviction from the park without a refund.
Prohibited Activities
Firearms and Weapons: Firearms, weapons, and explosives are prohibited in the park. Illegal Drugs: The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Disorderly Conduct: Any behavior that disturbs the peace or endangers others is prohibited. Solicitation: No soliciting or commercial activities are allowed within the park.
Airbnb Rules
Booking and Cancellation: Book through Airbnb portal. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm, early requests are often accepted. Strict check-out time is at 11 am.
Event Rules
Event Permits: Large events (15 or more people) needs to be approved by the Park. Noise Levels: Maintain reasonable noise levels during events. Cleanup: Clean up the event area after the event.
Cabins (When Available)
Booking and Cancellation: Book through online portal. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3 pm. Check-out time is at 11 am.
General Amenity Rules
Fishing Access: Observe all fishing regulations. Catch-and-release. Burn Pit: Use the burn pit responsibly. Do not throw trash or other debris into the fire. Pavilions: Pavilions are available for use on a first-come, first-served basis, unless reserved. Reserve at Ranger Station. Dog Run: Use the dog run responsibly. Clean up after your dog. Petting Zoo: (Once it's established) Only feed authorized foods, do not enter pens, and respect all the animals. Showers and Laundry: Hours of operation are 24/7 and are under surveillance. Coin laundry is available and bathrooms are code accessed. Food Shack: (Once it's established) Hours of operation are up to the Park Ranger.
Primitive Campsite Rules
Tent Placement: Set up tents only in designated areas. Firewood: Use only dead or fallen wood for campfires. Bundles sold at Ranger Station. Do not cut live trees. Leave No Trace: Practice Leave No Trace principles. Pack out everything you pack in.
Horse Stall Rules (Once it's established)
Stall Cleanliness: Keep horse stalls clean and free of manure. Horse Care: Provide proper care for your horses. Liability: The park is not responsible for the care or safety of your horses.
RV Site Rules
Hookups: Use only the designated hookups for your site. Do not overload electrical circuits. Waste Disposal: Dispose of wastewater (gray and black water) only at designated dump stations. Do not dump wastewater on the ground. RV Condition: RVs must be in good working condition. Homes with pests will be evicted. Electrical Usage: Long term park tenets (longer than 4 weeks) will pay site utilities.
General Park Rules
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these hours. Speed Limit: The speed limit within the park is 5 mph. Please drive slowly and cautiously. Site Cleanliness: Keep your campsite clean and free of debris. Dispose of trash in designated receptacles. Pet Policy: All pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Clean up after your pets immediately. Aggressive breeds may be restricted. Children: Supervise children at all times, especially near the creek, burn pit, and other potentially hazardous areas. Fire Safety: Fires are permitted only in designated fire pits or grills. Do not leave fires unattended. Observe burn bans when in effect. Parking: Park vehicles only in designated areas. Do not park on the grass or in other campsites. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Respect for Property: Do not damage or deface park property, including trees, buildings, and amenities. Liability: The park is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur on the property. A more detailed liability waiver in your registration form. Respect for Others: Be considerate of other guests and park staff. Avoid loud music, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior.
