Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 1 pm. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be approved by management in advance and may incur additional fees.Appearance and Vehicle Standards
RVs and vehicles must be operable, in good condition, and free of unsightly or excessive repairs. Any RV over 10 years old requires management approval for entry into the park, while RVs older than 15 years will not be admitted. Additionally, exterior tarps, extra air conditioning units, or visible duct tape are not permitted, and all hoses and wires must be routed through designated ports. Lastly, personal property should not be left unattended for more than 24 hours.Quiet Hours
10 pm to 7 am (non-camping visitors must leave by 10 pm). During this time, please keep noise to a minimum to respect fellow guests.Site Standards
Limit one RV, one vehicle, and up to six people (with a maximum of 2 adults) per site, with an additional vehicle allowed for a fee if space permits. Guests must keep all vehicles on designated roads and parking pads, ensuring the park road is not blocked, and EV charging is prohibited. All belongings should be maintained off the grass, and adjacent sites or driveways should not be used. Camping is permitted only in designated campsites, and guests should not place furniture, structures, or decorations that could damage the grounds or create hazards. All wheeled vehicles and trailers must remain on roads and parking pads, while sites must be kept clean, orderly, and free of debris, with trash bagged and disposed of in designated dumpsters; leaving trash or personal items outside of the RV overnight is prohibited. Guests are also responsible for winterizing their RVs and safeguarding water lines and plumbing systems from freezing during cold weather, as the park is not liable for any damage resulting from freezing temperatures and guests must take the necessary precautions to prevent such damage.Temporary Use Only
Sites are designated for recreational use only and are not intended for permanent residence. According to city ordinance in Buckner, no RV, mobile home, or travel trailer may be used as a residence, and stays cannot exceed 30 days. Additionally, guests are strictly prohibited from having mail or packages delivered to the park.Environmental and Safety Regulations
Visitors are reminded to respect the natural environment by not hanging items on trees or shrubs and refraining from gathering natural resources. The use of recreational vehicles such as ATVs and gas-powered scooters is prohibited, as are campfires, firearms, fireworks, and any form of open burning. It is essential to adhere to all city laws and park rules while protecting local flora and fauna. Activities such as gathering or cutting firewood, digging holes, using insect-killing devices, collecting plants or animals, and discharging sewage or gray water onto the ground are strictly forbidden. Additionally, dumping waste or gray water on the ground is not allowed; please utilize designated sewer connections and dump stations.Pets
Up to two common household pets, specifically dogs and cats, are allowed with prior registration and proof of vaccination upon request. Pets must be leashed (maximum of 10 feet) and under control, as shock collars and similar devices do not meet leash requirements. It's important to note that pets, excluding service dogs, are not permitted in buildings. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages or injuries they may cause. Additionally, aggressive pets or excessive barking will not be tolerated, and the park reserves the right to request the removal of any disruptive pet.Prohibited Items and Activities
Guests are required to adhere to several important park rules for a safe and enjoyable experience. There is no clothes drying or open storage outside RVs, tent camping, or vehicle washing allowed. Smoking is restricted to designated areas and prohibited in buildings and communal spaces. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, and illegal activities are to be avoided, with failure to comply potentially resulting in removal without a refund. Guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors also follow these rules. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, fireworks, and similar devices is strictly prohibited, and ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, and go-karts are generally not allowed, though low-speed vehicles (max 25 mph) may be permitted if they meet requirements, operated by licensed drivers. No gas-powered exterior generators are permitted; RVs must use onboard electrical systems or quiet, park-approved generators. Selling items or campsites is strictly prohibited, and no political signs of any kind are allowed in order to maintain a neutral environment; any materials displaying political messages will be asked to be removed.Damages and Responsibility
