Parking
Each site has "tow vehicle" parking provided. Please park only on your site but NOT on the grass. If you park on another site, you WILL be charged for that site. Overflow parking is available. NO driving across sites or on the grass.Smoking
No smoking in any of the RV park buildings.Fishing
Fishing is allowed from our dock. However, all guests over the age of 16 must have a valid Arkansas license to fish.Fireworks and Campfires
Absolutely NO fireworks. Campfires are permitted only within the fire pit in the picnic area.Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm till 7:00 am and is strictly enforced. Disturbances may cause expulsion without refund.Swimming
Swimming is allowed in the bay. However, swim at your own risk as no lifeguards are on duty. Remember, children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied to the lake by an adult. Sorry, no rock throwing or skipping.Washing Vehicles
Washing vehicles is not allowed. However, it is acceptable to "bucket wash" off the bugs that you collected on your trip. There are also "Mobile RV Detailers" that will come to the park to clean the exterior of your rig.Trash/Recycling
Please place all trash into the park dumpster. Aluminum can recycle is available adjacent to the dumpster.Clotheslines
Sorry, clotheslines are not allowed in the park. A complete laundry facility is available in the Club House.Vehicle Repair
Mechanical work on vehicles is not allowed.Generators
Running generators is not allowed except during power outages. Each site is equipped with 20/30/50 amp electrical service.Speed Limit
The speed limit within the park is 8 mph. Please comply.Sewer
All sewer connections must be secured by a sewer hose "donut" or screw-in connection.Check-Out/Check-In
Check-Out/Check-In time is 11:00am/1:00pm. Approval is required for later departure and may incur additional charges. Please check with the office for availability if you desire to stay additional nights.Domestic Disturbances
With the decline in respect for ones self and for others I find it necessary to inform you that domestic disturbances in RV's, the park or in nearby areas will result in immediate expulsion.Pets
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. ( Cats & Dogs) The only exception to this rule is within the Dog Park. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time. This is for the safety of our guests and their pets. NO PETS LEASHED OR KENNELED OUTSIDE at your RV site without owner being outside with pet. If owner is in his RV, pet must be inside. No exceptions. DO NOT walk your pets in RV sites. Please pick up after pets and dispose of their droppings in appropriate disposal containers. Pets must not bark to the distraction of your neighbor. If your dog’s barking can be heard by your neighbor please find a way to get it stopped. Some dogs only bark when left alone. We will inform you if this is the case.Cancellation Policy
