Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only, except for dry periods. Please do not leave fires unattended and follow local fire safety guidelines.Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with restrictions. Exotic animals such as birds, snakes, pigs, ponies, or wild animals are not allowed. The following restricted dog breeds or mixes are also not permitted: Akitas, Doberman Pinschers, Staffordshire Terriers, Huskies, Rottweilers, Chows, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Bulldog breeds (including Pitbulls, excluding French Bulldogs), Boerboels, Cane Corsos, Wolf-hybrids, Great Danes, Malamutes, and Bullmastiffs. Any animal showing aggression will not be permitted. Proof of rabies vaccination must be presented at check-in. Guests may also submit documentation via email at mgr@palmsandpinesrvp.com in advance.Golf Carts
Personal golf carts are welcome for seasonal campers only. All operators must be licensed, insured drivers, follow park rules and sign a golf cart agreement.Alcohol
