Check In Time: 3PM | Book your reservation online through Roverpass.com Before Going into the Community Check in at the main office( If it is an after hours check in please text for your assigned lot number ) on the right hand side of Corkill Rd Tall black pole with our sign that reads Paradise Tiny Home Community . Please read our rules and regulations upon check in you will have the physical document to sign . If It is an after hours check in you will need to message the On-Site Community Manager at the number listed below for your RV lot number . Only the Middle Street in the Park is for Rv's . Please do not let your dogs use the bathroom on any of the turf in the Park . Please clean up after your dogs . Paradise Tiny Home Community & RV Park paradiservpark1@gmail.com 760-990-7024 Rules, Regulations and Policies 1.Check in/Check out Check in Time is: 3:00 pm, Check out 11:00 am, *Check out is in the morning the date your reservation confirmation states **Only Paradise Community Guest should have the codes for access thru the gate and pedestrian doors.** 2.Quiet Hours Quiet Hours start at 10pm-7am. We want to ensure that all our guests have peaceful enjoyment while they are staying with us. Noise & Disturbances: Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive activity that affects other tenants is not permitted at any time. 3.Clubhouse and Pool Areas Hours for the Clubhouse Mon-Sat 9am-9pm Sunday 10am-9pm, Pool and Spa areas are 8am-10pm Daily Please note that there is no lifeguard on Duty, use at your own risk. No child under the age of 18 is to be left unattended by a parent or guardian. Only Paradise Guests have the entry codes. If anyone violates this rule and shares entry codes with non-Paradise guests, they will receive a written warning and a fine of $25.00. 4.Trash & Waste Disposal All garbage must be disposed of properly in designated dumpsters or trash receptacles. No dumping of hazardous waste, grease, or sewage on the ground is permitted. Anyone who breaks this rule will be charged a fine. 5. RV Age & Condition To maintain the quality and appearance of Paradise RV Park, we have implemented a 10-Year Rule for all RVs staying in the park. ● RV Age Requirement: RVs older than 10 years from the current year (e.g., as of 2025, RVs older than 2015) will not be permitted in the park. We reserve the right to update, change, or modify these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon staff notification to guests. ● Case-by-Case Exceptions: At management’s discretion, exceptions may be granted for well-maintained RVs that meet park standards. These exceptions will be limited to a maximum stay of three (3) weeks per reservation. ● Approval Process: Guests requesting an exception must submit current photos of their RV for management review prior to booking. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to park management’s final decision. Failure to comply with this policy may result in denial of entry or removal from the park. Management reserves the right to refuse any RV that does not meet our standards. Lot Maintenance To ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests, tenants are responsible for maintaining their RV lots according to the following guidelines: 1. General Upkeep: Tenants must keep their lot clean, free of clutter, and in a neat and orderly condition. Trash, debris, and unused items should not be stored outside the RV. 2. Lawn & Landscaping: If applicable, tenants are responsible for maintaining any grass, plants, or landscaping within their lot. Any modifications to landscaping must be approved in writing by management. 3. Outdoor Storage: Only approved outdoor furniture, grills, and recreational items may be kept outside. Storage of appliances, construction materials, or excessive personal items on the lot is prohibited. 4. RV Condition & Appearance: RVs must be kept in good repair with no visible damage, rust, peeling paint, or excessive dirt. Tarps covering RVs are not allowed unless approved by management. 5. Vehicle & Parking: All vehicles must be parked in designated areas and should not encroach on neighboring lots or common areas. Inoperable or unregistered vehicles are not allowed on the premises. 6. Decks & Structures: Any decks, skirting, or additional structures must meet park standards and be approved by management prior to installation. 7. Pets & Animal Waste: Pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately and ensure that animals do not create a nuisance for other residents. We reserve the right to update, change, or modify these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon staff notification to guests. Speed Limits Speed Limit inside our park is 10 MHP. Anyone exceeding the speed will be given a verbal warning for the first incident. A written warning will be given for a second incident. If a third incident occurs the guest will be asked to leave immediately. Pet Rules To all Pet owners if your pets are loose not on a leash you will be fined $50 per occurrence. If your pet poops and or pees on the turk/the green areas $50 Fine each occurrence. These rules are strictly monitored . We have provided a Tiny dog park for your beloved pet to roam freely. We ask that all dogs be on a leash while going for a walk. No Dog should be left outside unattended. The trees are not to be used to tie dogs to. Please make sure that your pet is NOT using the artificial grass to relieve themselves. Anyone in violation will receive a verbal warning for the first incident. A written warning will be given for a second incident. If a third incident occurs the guest will be asked to leave immediately. Pet Restrictions 1 domestic pet is included. Breed Restrictions: Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Akitas, German Shepherds, Dobermans, and Staffordshire bull terriers Service Animal Policy Paradise RV Park welcomes guests with service animals in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we have established the following guidelines: Definition of a Service Animal ● A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability. ● Emotional support animals (ESAs), therapy animals, and pets do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are subject to the park’s pet policies. We reserve the right to update, change, or modify these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon staff notification to guests. Service Animal Guidelines Control & Behavior: Service animals must be under control at all times, either on a leash, harness, or under voice command. Aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or disturbances may result in removal from the park. Clean-Up Responsibility: Owners must clean up after their service animal immediately and properly dispose of waste in designated areas. No Fees: Service animals are allowed at no additional charge, as required by law. Restricted Areas: While service animals are permitted in all public areas, they may be restricted from certain facilities for health and safety reasons, such as swimming pools. Verification: Staff may ask only two questions to confirm a service animal: Is the animal required due to a disability? What task or service has the animal been trained to perform? No documentation, certification, or proof is required. Failure to Comply: Failure to maintain your RV lot according to these guidelines may result in a warning, fines, or possible eviction from the park. Trash
All Trash shall be taken to the trash bin provided. There will be no dumping of large items in our trash bin. Anyone who breaks this rule will be charged a fine.
Pet Rules
Important Pet Guidelines for a Comfortable Stay (Image: A tastefully designed graphic with paw prints and a friendly dog silhouette) To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all our residents and their beloved companions, we have established the following pet guidelines: Dedicated Tiny Dog Park: We offer a designated, enclosed Tiny Dog Park where your small dog can roam and socialize freely off-leash. Leash Requirement: For the safety and consideration of everyone, all dogs must be kept on a leash when walking throughout the resort premises, outside of the designated dog park failure to do so will result in a $50 fine each occurrence . Supervision is Essential: Please do not leave your dog unattended outdoors at any time. This will result in a $50 fine each occurrence. Protect Our Landscape: For the health of our trees, please refrain from tying dogs to them. Leash Compliance: For the safety of all, any instance of an unleashed dog outside of the designated dog park will incur a $50 fine per occurrence. Maintaining Cleanliness: To preserve the beauty of our green and turf areas, please do not allow your furry companion use the bathroom on any green areas . Failure to do so will result in a $50 fine per occurrence.

Proof of Title and Registration
At the time of check in guest must have proof of title and or registration of all vehicles parked on the property. Please email proof of both to us or send in a message to RoverPass . If you have expired Tags / Registration and or Insurance you will be asked to update your registration or vacate .
