Campground Overview
Check In
By simply reserving and booking your spot online you will be guaranteed your spot amongst our 100 full hookup spots. You have two choices: 1.) Have a spot selected for you at random within your specified area and price range. 2.) $5 Add-On Option allows you to specify which particular spot you would choose (1-100). Upon arriving (after 2 pm) you will park your RV in the corresponding spot. Your electrical box will be unlocked and prepared for you. Please know your spot number before arrival to help you guide to your RV site. Checkout is at 1 pm on all days of the week unless it is on the final day of a tournament. If that is the case, checkout will be two hours after the final game has ended. Welcome to the Piney Hills RV Park!! A Few Helpful Items to Enjoy the Weekend: 1. Contact Hours -- 8 am to 8 pm 7 days a week. If you call before or after these hours you most likely will not receive a call back until the next day. Please use the "chat feature" on your roverpass account for quickest response. Also, if you arrive after 8 pm please be prepared with all check-in information because we will most likely not be available. If you make your reservation after 8 pm for the current day your use of power is NOT GUARANTEED as your lock box will remain locked until the following morning. 2. Wifi Password: pineyhillsrv 3. Laundry Room/Vending Machine/Coca-Cola Vending Machine Room Code: 13579# 4. Men's and Women's Bathroom Facilities: 86420 (We ask that you lock the bathrooms back after every use. This is to help monitor those areas and keep them clean.) 5. Cash and Coin can be used for Ice Machine (located at the north entrance) and Coca- Cola Vending, Washer and Dryers are Coin ONLY. Food Vending accepts Cash/Coin and Credit Cards. 6. We are a TRASH FREE FACILITY. Please take all trash with you. There are dumpsters located at each playing field site including two dumpsters across from the park in the parking lot next to the high school sized baseball field . There are NO trash cans on the Piney Hills RV Campground and you are responsible for all of your own trash. 7. Please keep all vehicles on the roadways and SB2 sites. STAY OFF GRASS! As of June 1, 2024 our Cancelation Policy has changed. It is as follows: - Cancel before 7 days and receive a 100% refund - Cancel before 3 days and receive a 50% refund - Cancel at 2 days or later and receive no refund - All Non-Refundable Reservations (10% savings) will receive no refund at anytime upon cancellation Thank you again for staying with us and please don't hesitate to reach out and send us a chat if we can be of any assistance!!

Vehicle Restrictions
Each RV reservation is limited to two cars maximum. The cars will be parked inside the RV parking spot that is reserved. All visitors must park in the general parking area and not the RV parking area. Cars in violation will be subject to being towed at all hours.Behavior Policy
Registered guests are responsible for the safety and behavior of themselves, their children, pets, and any other guests accompanying them at any time during their stay.Reservation Check In
If a reservation is made on the day of said reservation it must be made before 8 pm to guarantee the lockbox for power will be unlocked. If not, it will be unlocked the following day at the manager's earliest convenience, but no later than 1 pm.Quiet Time
Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be mindful of other campers.Pet Policy
Two Pet Maximum. Pets must be kept on a leash and under your control at all times. Be considerate of others - clean up any waste left by pets.RV Space
Respect and courtesy of other campers is required. Please do not invade others RV space.Cancellation Policy
As of June 1, 2024 our Cancelation Policy has changed. It is as follows: - Cancel before 7 days and receive a 100% refund - Cancel before 3 days and receive a 50% refund - Cancel at 2 days or later and receive no refund - All Non-Refundable Reservations (10% savings) will receive no refund at anytime upon cancellation In order to receive a refund of your stay, you must either contact us through Roverpass Cancelation (in your confirmation email *preferred method*) or reach out to us by phone.Trash
We are a trash free facility. Please take all trash with you. There are dumpsters located at each playing field site. There are NO trash cans on the Piney Hills RV Park and you are responsible for all of your own trash. Campers are responsible for keeping the general area of the rental site clean during their visit.
