Check In
Texas RV Park Resort offers a convenient self-check-in process. Approximately one hour before your scheduled arrival time, you will receive a text message containing your gate access code, Wi-Fi password, and assigned site number. Upon arrival, simply proceed directly to your site and get settled in. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our team is available to help. Upon arrival at Texas RV Park Resort, please stop by the office to check in and receive your site assignment and any important park information. If you are arriving after office hours, please contact the park in advance for late-arrival instructions. Our staff will be happy to assist you with locating your site and answering any questions to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Mail and Packages

Cancel 7 days or more before arrival: refund minus a $10 fee. Cancel within 7 days: charged one night’s fee. No-shows or early departures: no refund. No refunds for poor weather unless a mandatory evacuation is in place. For Weekly and Nightly guests, we do not refund any portion of your payment if you decide to leave early, please speak with our park manager should an emergency arise.Restrooms
Open 24/7 for registered guests. Please help keep them clean for everyone’s use. No washing pets or dishes inside restrooms. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.Firearms, Fires, and Fireworks
No firearms or fireworks. Propane fire pits and grills are allowed. No open fires; observe all burn bans. Campfires are only allowed in designated rings.Visitors and Children
Visitors must register at the office and park in visitor parking. Overnight guests need prior approval. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM. Children must be supervised at all times and not play near roads.Pets
Max 2 pets per site; no aggressive breeds. Pets must always be on a leash and never left unattended. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets; a $25 fine will be issued for violations. Pets are not allowed in the laundry, or public areas.Site Fees
Rates include up to four adults per site, including children. Each additional adult: $50 per month. Electricity is billed separately for monthly guests. Rates are subject to change without notice.Laundry
Laundry room open 24 hours. Do not leave clothes unattended. Please be considerate of others waiting. No clotheslines allowed. Please do not hang laundry outside your RV.Trash and Sewer
Bag all trash and use dumpsters. No outdoor trash overnight. Only toilet tissue in the sewer. No wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. No powdered soaps or chemicals that harm the septic system. No vehicle repairs, generators, or construction in the park. No furniture, mattresses, large boxes, motor oil, cooking oil or hazardous waste. Household trash onlyRVs and Sites
RVs must be in good condition; those over 10 years require approval. No window A/C units, pop-ups, tents, or skirting. Sites must remain tidy and free of clutter. Only outdoor furniture and minimal decorations are allowed. Alcohol is allowed at your site only. Smoking is restricted to designated areas. RV washing is not allowed. Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in the park.Vehicles and Parking
One RV and two vehicles per site. No parking on grass, streets, or vacant sites. Speed limit: 5 MPH for all vehicles. No vehicle repairs, oil leaks, or engine idling.Conduct and Liability
Be courteous, follow quiet hours, and respect your neighbours. Disruptive behaviour or rule violations may result in eviction. Guests are responsible for damages caused by themselves, visitors, or pets. The park is not responsible for theft, damage, or injury. Any damage to any person’s property caused by any pet guest will pay all the reasonable costs that are necessary to clean or repair the property, including but not limited to the damaged landscape and/or any injury caused to another guestCheck-In / Check-Out
Check-in: 1:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early or late check-outs must be approved. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Be respectful of others.Safety and Emergencies
Call 911 first in emergencies, then notify the office. Report suspicious activity to (254) 451-8090 (available 24/7). Law enforcement visits for non-medical reasons may result in eviction.Guests and Payments
All guests must register at the office and pay upon arrival. Guests are licensees only, not tenants. Credit card must remain on file for balances and damages.
