Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: A cancellation fee of $20.00 is applicable if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date The balance of your payment will be refunded to you. Inside of 48 hrs before the arrival date, you will be charged $45.00. HOLIDAY WEEK CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY STAY: You will forfeit the $100.00 deposit. GROUP BOOKING & RALLY CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel prior to 90 days of the scheduled event, you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee per site.
