Room and amenities were nice. We had a lot of issues within first 24hrs of getting there. They tried charging a 75% incidental fee at check-in. Then in the middle of the night they tried coming into the room twice. In the morning, our keys were deactivated. Turns out in the system they switched our room. Then that same night, our keys were deactivated again.

Our room was dirty! I asked to have the bathroom floor cleaned. Someone tried mopping the floors but it had the same ground in dirt. The room was too small with the two of us and luggage. There was no body wash in the container in the shower. We checked out early and went to another hotel.
