We reserved our room a month in advance, but when we came to check in, they told us they were overbooked and sent us across town to the Microtel, saying they had saved a room for us. When we got to Microtel, they had not in fact saved us a room but when I explained our situation, they apparently gave us a room that was booked but no one had checked in yet. It was extremely frustrating.
