I would leave no star. I made a reservation. I tried to call the hotel 5 days before to confirm after seeing some other reviews but the phone was not working. I called Wyndham reservation, they tried the same number but no answer. They started a trouble ticket that could take 2 weeks. They gave me the hotel email. This hotel emailed me back they were closed for repairs. No one contacted me to let me know this, had I not called, I would have showed up for Mardi Gras with no where to stay. Instead I had to get a hotel an hour away.
